Wholesale Information

Fax, email, or mail us a copy of your STATE SALES TAX CERTIFICATE to receive volume discounts.
Then, go to the Store Front, Click on Sign-In (which is located on the left-hand side, underneath the logo), then Create a New Account. Please fill in all of the required fields, then hit "save." If you do not have a fax number, simply enter your telephone number again.
Once that is received, we will activate your account and let you know by email.
For customers out of the United States, we will also need a copy of your credit card bill, for purchase verification.
If you do not have a resale license, a copy of your business license will also work.

Remember to Sign-in each time you enter the store front. The sign in is located on the category tree, to the left, or may be found under "account."
If you are new, please send us a copy of your state resale license. Once you have sent us that information, please create an account online, and we will then activate if for you to start shopping!
For an updated Wholesale Price List, please send us a copy of your state sales tax certificate or business resale license by email, info@beadnook.com, or fax, 985-626-5995.
Prices online will be wholesale only. The site will be password protected, so retail customers will not be able to purchase from this end.
Sales tax licenses and information must be received before an order is placed, to qualify for wholesale pricing. When we receive your information, you will then be given access to the products and pricing at the online Wholesale Store. The store may be viewed in the meantime, but nothing can be purchased.
